Mission of the Migrant Education Program

The mission of the migrant program is to provide educational and human resource service opportunities for migrant children and their families. The migrant program focuses primarily on the educational needs of the migrant child and attempts to reduce barriers for successful educational achievement.

Program Goals:

The goal of the Migrant Education Program is to ensure that all migrant students can reach challenging academic standards and graduate with a high school diploma (or complete a GED) that prepares them for responsible citizenship, further learning, and productive employment.
